Responsibilities: light inspect the capped and sealed vials, lable and package qualified products; write and check the batch records and other related records; URS related to equipments of the post, the use, cleaning and daily maintenance of equipments; implementation of FAT, unpackaging and inspecting of equipment, SAT and the improvement of equipments; assist to the daily inspection, repairment and preventive maintenance and retirement of devices; the management of computerized system in relation to the post; the drafting,revising,checking and implementation of related documents; calibrate the metering instruments; write document and help with achive; design and implement the marks in site; manage the materials for production; management on production test site and pollution control and cross-contamination control; aware the offsets in relation to the post, implement the changes and reports, investigate and deal with the offsets; the transfer of technology; recoganize the risk in relation to the post; CAPA investigation and the investigation, analysis and evaluation of adverse reaction; collect the quality information of retrospective analysis; clean the production area; participate in the investigation and evaluation of rejection products; participate the process, cleaning and computer system verificaiton, help with the verificaiton of the factory, utility system and facility; participate the self-inspection and outer auditing; the formation of quality sysytem, implement tha quality management and quality improvement; participate in the acceptance of completed projects, cleaning of the production area, management on environment protection and safety(including fire safety and production safety); preventive control of animals in relation to the department; assist with the repairment and maintenance of factory; other work arranged by the manager.
Qualificaiton: vocational or high school or above, pharmacy or related majors, bachelor or above degree and with the experience of drug-production is preferred; have the training of packaging or the training of maintaining and operating equipements; be serious, responsible and careful during working period, have the spirit of team copperation and good ability of observation and adaption.
